Steps
1. Go to system settings
2. Under the contracts, select the Folder Templates
3. The Folder Templates page opens. The list of the already available templates is displayed here.
4. From here you can add a folder template. Select the contract type, then add the folder template. Click Save to add
5 .Right-click on the Related Documents folder. A Create option shows, where you then create a new folder in the Related Documents folder and give it a name
On right-clicking on the folder, a list of actions is shown. You can edit, rename, and/or delete the folder and also create a new folder in the folder using the actions.
