- Navigate to the Email Template Settings. Do so by going to System Settings and then System Preferences. Here select and open Email templates
- Identify the template labelled with actions to do with contracts, like adding new contract, contract updated, contract signed, approved, renewed, amended, etc., and open it for editing.
You can then open a template and edit it. You can edit the message and the variables so the email notification will have the new format
