The contract IDs can be configured such that the contract IDs reset according to the sequence reset i.e., daily, monthly, or yearly.
Steps:
- Go to system settings
- Under Contracts select Other Settings
- Contract referencing Number Formats are then shown here. Only one format can be used at a time.
Using the edit button, the formats can be edited and customized to the user’s preference before using them. You can edit the pattern, prefix, sequence reset, and sequence length.
