3. The Corporate Matters are all displayed here. From here, there are different operations that can be performed on the matters. Each of the labeled numbers are explained below
1. List of all corporate matters in the system. The screenshot just capture a part of the list
2. That label indicates a dropdown menu where all the previously saved filter criteria or custom reports are stored. Clicking on it reveals a list of all your saved views, which can be accessed by a single click instead of manually re-entering all the criteria.
3. After you have used advanced filtering to select your desired criteria, the Save As button allows you to save this exact filter setup. You give it a name and it will be displayed on the dropdown on the label
4. The Search button applies your selected filters and updates the displayed results to match your criteria.
5. Advanced is a search type query to used find specific information in a large dataset. It allows you to combine multiple filters and criteria to get more precise results.
6. The Export button has two options where the user can export the information in excel format .The user can export all the fields or the field that he/she has selected.
7. The Tools button has the option to enable the user to manage Filter, archive and unarchive matter
8. The Columns Button is used to check or uncheck the columns to be displayed on the interface.
