You can set the hourly rates of a matter and a user/client by doing the following:
1. Open a matter and go to Settings tab
2. Here there are two tabs: User rates per hour and Matter Rate
3. Click the User rates per hour tab. Click the Actions button, and the Add User Rates button shows. Click it to add the rates.
For the Matter’s rate
1. Click the Matter Rate tab.
2. Click the Actions button. The Add Matter Rate button appears. Click the button to add the rates
